Dr. Darvish evaluates your health, your goals and what you have already tried, then builds a plan around the medication that fits you, not the one that happens to be popular this month. Medications we offer
- Semaglutide. A weekly GLP-1 injection that reduces appetite and improves how your body handles insulin. Our most requested option.
- Tirzepatide. A weekly injection that works on two hormone pathways (GLP-1 and GIP). In trials it produced the largest average weight loss of any current medication.
- Phentermine. A daily oral appetite suppressant with decades of use, typically for shorter courses.
- Phendimetrazine. An oral appetite suppressant related to phentermine, used when a different profile suits the patient better.
- Qsymia. A once-daily capsule combining phentermine with topiramate, for patients who want an oral option with steady, sustained effect.

Treatment. Injections are given in the office or taught for home use; oral medications are prescribed with clear instructions. We check in regularly and adjust dosing as you progress.
Results. Appetite changes within one to two weeks. Steady, sustained loss over the following months, with a plan for maintaining it.
